Week 4

So, I really enjoy live music and I'll always remember my first and only time going to Lollapalooza Chile. It was back on 2013, the third edition of the festival in Chile on Parque O'Higgins (back when it was cheap if you buy the early green tickets). That year I remember going with my brother and some of his friends and seeing Gepe, Hot Chip, Two Door Cinema Club, Kaiser Chiefs and Pearl Jam on saturday,  and on sunday I saw Russian Red, Keane, Foals, Franz Ferdinand, The Black Keys and Deadmau5. During those days the summer sun was pretty strong, I remember getting sun burns and headaches from the high temperatures and not having sunscreen and enough water to drink. Despite all of this it was an awesome experience (to that day I had never been on a festival of this scale, only one band concerts). That year it was the last show of Crystal Castles in Chile before they broke up so I felt pretty upset for not seeing the band at that moment (we were hungry and tired so we took a

I don't really have been in others countries (when I was in school as a part of my study tour we went to Argentina for a couple of days, but apart from that I don't have travel to another one). I would like to visit Brazil, the land of beautiful beaches, carnavals and interesting cinema. I think that I would enjoy the weather very much there because I hate the cold of the chilean winter, in there they have rain when it isn't freezing cold (I'm really curious about the humidity and stuff). I would also enjoy the greens, I think, the tropical wild and vivid landscapes, I'd love to travel in the rain forests and shoot some kinf of documentary or just take pictures. I have a friend who is brazilian and he always post stories on instagram of him been in crazy beatiful beaches, always sunsets and sand. He also invited me to work in a fiIm production company of his friends, so if I show up there I can take his word. I would love to study the brazilian cinema in there

Practice Post

So, about internet and sharing personal info on social media: I think everyone started with facebook (if we don't count fotolog because of embarrasment), sharing photos, posting stuff no one really wanted to know, using "xD" and other faces later forgotten. In those times I usually found myself overthinking the way that I was expresing in words and it really was more stressfull and problematic than something fun. And of course, I didn't even think about putting my cellphone number, address or anything more personal. Then, instagram was born, and with that, me, being self-conscious of the awesome life that I could be living and me comparing with others. I think my favourite is tumblr tho (leaving all the porn aside), 'cause it introduces me to a lot of new movies and series, with aestethic posts that are fun, others funny. A place were I can be emo and free. zzz
